It was a beautiful vigil for an innocent, sweet loving little boy that should still be here laughing and playing like any other 8 year old. It's unthinkable that he's gone at the hands of those who were supposed to love and care for him the most.

I wonder if the siblings are talking with LE and if the bio mom & dad are talking at all?

I highly doubt we will get any new information until then (aside from a major break in the case), unfortunately.

As far as Noah, the egg donor (ED) may have lived with Noah's grandparents, but although she has many selfies on her FB-- there are very few photos of her children.
There are no photos on the SD's page, but that is to be expected considering he may have murdered one of them.

As far as we know, she kept going back to the sperm donor (SD). To put it bluntly -- she had to have known before Noah died (Law Enforcement believes he's deceased) what this man [/QUOTE]

I count at least 40 photos of her children and her with her children...all beautiful and happy...and around 25-30 selfies of JG, some with friends/family...of course this is only what I can that is public. I dont think condemning her before we know at least some of the facts is doing any good, especially since some family/friends follow this thread...JMO

Also curious if you can provide a link for the article where LE stated they believed Noah is dead...I can't seem to find it.

Investigators said they found enough evidence inside the apartment to arrest both Bryce and Jill for felony child abuse.

No one on WS has condemned JG.
This has to be the most victim-friendly forum around on the web.
Of course I'm a bit biased.

JG was arrested and that speaks volumes. If LE thought she was innocent, they wouldn't have arrested her.
If she was only non-cooperative, she might be labeled as a person of interest .

The fact that LE arrested her implies that they had probable cause.
We don't know all of the facts, whether she was verbally abusive to LE, or just silent.

It's possible Noah's sister talked and implicated both parents.

The FB page that came up with her name had 4 or 5 photos of her children and the rest were selfies.
After an arrest, friends will sometimes 'scrub' or lock down social media.

Anyone having sympathy for such people are possibly in denial.

Also, the community was not asked to search for him and it implies that LE may have m more information that we're not privvy to.
As if LE know Noah is not coming home alive.

Godfrey and McIntosh were each arrested and charged with felony willful harm to a child, according to the district attorney's office.

This article indicates that neither parent is a victim.
Certainly JG's parents,sister, and the older sister are victims.

Law enforcement often favor the mother to a default... but not in this case.
We just don't know --what they know, about either of these parents.

JG and BM did something that left evidence.
Possibly there was blood or bloodied clothing ?

Such a sad story. It seems there are increasingly so many parents incapable of raising and taking care of their children. Grandpa sounds so sad in that article above. The mugshot of mom looks sad. Dad however looks smug and arrogant. Who looks like that when they are arrested because their child is missing!?

I do wonder why they arrested mom if she'd been living in her car and only visiting once a week and she was the one who reported him missing? Sadly I have very little hope for that poor little boy. I bet grandpa is right. His father probably beat him for wetting himself and accidentally killed him. He's got no reason to tell them where his body is because he just a piece of crap whose only interested is avoiding consequences for himself and no real care for his children.

WHY are so many kids given back to parents who also barely knew them or raised them? Same thing reading the story last night of poor Trinity Love. She'd been raised by other family, is returned to mom and not long after is dead. I know not long ago another little girl was found dead and buried in the back yard of her mother who had also killed her only other child. I can't recall their names right now. But she was only with her a few days before she was dead.

I guess they are returned to bad parents because there are so few decent foster parents out there. There would be more adoptive parents if children were put up for adoption at young ages. Instead they aren't even eligible for adoption till the parents have really messed them up and any adoptive parent needs to be able to deal with a child with severe emotional needs.

I have read thru all the articles posted on WS and that I can find online. I see where JG's father stated he believes Noah is deceased, but still cant find any statement from LE stating the same. I do agree that the actions of LE (no searching, well at least publicly) may elude to their belief that Noah is no longer living. However, both parents have been arrested for a specific event that occurred February 24th, and not related to Noah's disappearance.

I dont think I'm in "denial", I just dont pass judgement when there is very little to nothing being released by LE...JMHO

I feel like this was an abusive situation. he prob kicked her out. she was afraid of him but was possibly stalking his house trying to see her kids.

I am sure the benefits, freebies (food assistance/housing/cash), are more important than actually having your kids to some people. Do not have to work. And in this case you might not even have to really be a parent. Just put up with them being around, until they aren't. Sigh!

CA isn't cheap enough to get by on that.

I'm happy to hear that they are not following the news. I think it would just be harder on them. Especially as the news nowadays is often fraught with errors and often downright lies.

It's weird how when it's your own life, you avoid all news about it. But it's true. The reality is too intense. You're just trying to hang on.

But if not-- I wish this JG should have gone to LE earlier and turned BM in, to protect the children.

I'm not getting those vibes about her possibly being a victim -- from LE.

My main impression is that LE arrested her based on the evidence found when they went to search for Noah.
Also bringing in plumbers in ominous.

Not that the media gets it right all the time !

Part of the reason for Noah's grandparents' to think this was a good and loving mother is a compliment to themselves. They want to believe the best and I do not fault them for that.

I am not getting good vibes from JG at this time. That is subject to change .
Why did she wait for two weeks to report him missing ?

And if BM was violent to the children before this, she would have had a good case to get permanent custody of both Noah and his sister.
It's so sad that both kids were thriving at their grandparents.

And if she'd been able to get photo or video evidence of BM's behavior-- she could have won full custody, and the children would be safe ... and none of us would be reading here about Noah.
