Have you ever seen a guy that makes every hair on your body stand up? Like when you look at him you think, "why aren't you at work? What kind of man isn't at work during these hours?" Restless. That's the vibe I got from him waiting to pick up my kid. I never forgot that feeling.

Yes.

NBCLA

Wrapping up now. Bryce is being charged with DP eligible 1st degree murder with special circumstance of torture. They are also requesting info on his car but I joined too late to get the info.

Clarified mom is not a suspect for the murder, charged with willful child endangerment.

Oh my God. It's what I feared but still a shock. I'm so sad.

KTLA showed part of it not the part about torture or the car though. I live in Corona and am heartbroken. I had to tell my kids last weekend about the blue ribbons and Noah, tonight I'm going to have to explain this. How do you explain this to a 6 and 9 year old? I knew this would be the outcome, but wanted to be wrong.

I wouldn't. I would just say Noah went to heaven and everyone will miss him until they meet again.

There's also Lake Perris and Lake Elsinore.
to add, although a gate guarded community, there's also Canyon Lake nearby. But to be honest, if one knows how to get in without going thru guards.......

There's also Lake Perris and Lake Elsinore.
Lake Perris is almost an hour away and Elsinore is 20 to 30 minutes away. I wouldn't consider that nearby. There are way too many sites untouched by people between here and there. There are way too many sites that have no cell service. If you're talking about being untraceable, all one has to do is go up Indian Truck Trail in either direction. No need for a lake. The helicopters were circling around the Cleveland National Forest for days when the news first broke. It was so low and so loud I swear my pictures were all crooked and my fillings rattled.

I am so sorry that it has come to an end like this, but thank God they have some sort of lead. I'm so grateful for some sort of direction towards closure. I pray that this poor boy did not suffer for long. I pray that his sister will heal. I pray that our community can come together and move forward.

Lake Elsinore is also overrun with Poppy People right now.

Hopefully the police can find poor Noah soon. He deserves to be laid to rest with his family at the absolute very least.

I hope prison justice comes soon for Bryce. And that the process isn’t quick.

You know, I frequent these areas and it's really nothing to get to them. It's a straight shot down the 15 to get to Lake Elsinore and Canyon Lake.
But honestly, I don't think he's in a lake.

Correcting: Father of Noah McIntosh now in custody on suspicion of murder.

Noah remains missing, police say

Trace evidence leaves no doubt that Noah was a victim of a homicide, Corona Police Chief George Johnstone says

Evidence was significant, enough, he says, to bring a case to the District Attorney's Office.

The father, Bryce Daniel McIntosh, is currently in custody along with Noah's mother Jillian Marie Godfrey, each on a charge of willful child cruelty, set currently for an April 8 arraignment,

Now District Attorney Mike Hestrin says murder charges have been filed against Bryce McIntosh, with special circumstance of torture. Mother now charged with child endangerment.

Godfrey not charged in the slaying, Hestrin says.

The special circumstance for Bryce McIntosh makes him eligible for the death penalty

Corona Police Officer Tobias Kouroubacalis said evidence gathered and presented to the DA's office came from searches at locations in Temescal Valley, Aguanga, and Murrieta.

Police have asked people especially in those communities to consider as far back as February 20 to March 12, when officers were contacted, for anyone who might have seen Noah, Bryce McIntosh, or his black BMW 330i, California license 5MKE807, or Jillian Godfrey.

and contact Senior Detective Mario Hernandez at 951-279-3659 or at [email protected].
