It's very true that the most gentle ones seem to be victims the most often. I think their vulnerability and gentleness enrages these monsters.

I'm glad you survived your childhood BOSCOE.

TYSM.
By the grace of God and a few real Angels in my life I survived. Although a tough road I am truly blessed.

Justice for Noah.

What do you all make of the google search of an 8 year old heart rate when running?

My first thought was that he made him run as a punishment? We have seen that in other cases of abuse.

Do they know if he lived in any other counties but Riverside and Orange? I can't believe he doesn't have a record of some kind.

BBM I don't think he has a record. If he was an EMT he couldn't have a record.

More information is trickling out:

"Corona police Detective Mario Hernandez wrote in a declaration filed Thursday that Bryce McIntosh bought the items March 4. That's the day he searched on his cellphone for "normal heart rate for 8 year old" and information about sodium hydroxide, which is corrosive and can dissolve flesh.

McIntosh was charged Thursday with the murder of his son Noah. The boy's body has not been found. It's not known if he has a lawyer.

Police say Jillian Godfrey initially told police she saw her son March 4, but she later said it actually was two days earlier and that McIntosh had taken the boy into the bathroom where her son asked his father why he was hurting him."

That poor, sweet boy. Mom knew and did nothing (and initially lied to the police about it.) If this incident was on March 2nd, there is another incident of abuse in February that she is being held for. Sounds like its more than just failing to report abuse.

OMG

"Detectives have seen two store’s surveillance video, taken on March 4, of the father purchasing acid at one and a 32-gallon plastic trash can at another, among other items, according to a Declaration in Support of An Arrest Warrant, which was file by a Corona police detective on Thursday in Riverside Superior Court.

Further, the declaration says, Bryce McIntosh searched the web for “what kind of plastic can stand ‘uriatic (sic) acid?” and “Normal heart rate for an 8 year old when they are running.”

There is more at the link. (In tears now.)

There are some things you wish you had never read, this is one of them. Pure evil. I can not even imagine...

A clearer picture of mom's involvement:

"Police were asked to make a welfare check on Noah by his mother Jillian Marie Godfrey, on March 12, according to the declaration.

She originally told officers she last saw Noah when she dropped him off March 4 at Bryce McIntosh’s apartment in the 4600 block of Temescal Valley Road in Corona. But she told detectives March 13 she actually last saw the boy on March 2, during her March 1-3 stay over at the apartment.

She last saw Noah, she told detectives, when Bryce took the boy into the bathroom.

While Noah was in the bathroom she said she heard Noah ask Bryce why he was hurting him. Jillian said when she left Sunday, Noah had still not come out of the bathroom, according to the declaration.

A warrant search of Jillian Godfrey’s phone “showed notes where Jillian was documenting Bryce abusing Noah,” the declaration said.

The evidence leaves no doubt that Noah was a victim of a homicide, Corona Police Chief George Johnstone said at the Thursday morning news conference to announce that the murder charge had been filed."

OMG! I couldn't stand by if my child was asking anyone why they were hurting him! Mama bear would be in full swing protecting my child and 911 would be called pronto! Why did the mother lie about the last time she saw Noah? Did she know the dad took him away on the 4th?

There's also Lake Perris and Lake Elsinore.
I am wondering if there have been any searches in the area of Prado Dam?

And it is only going to get worse. That poor boy.

It seems all of the searches have focused in areas in the opposite direction.

Agreed that it is looking worse for JG.

She must have had more knowledge -- than just her stating that she was clueless as to what was happening.
If that is indeed what she might be saying to investigators. :(

I am wondering what the evidence on JG's phone might have led investigators to believe that Noah is deceased.
Some positive proof ?
A photo ?

And if she didn't see him after Noah was taken into the bathroom, how would she have proof that he's dead ?
Or was something else of evidentiary value discovered ?

Very sad that JG didn't at least call the police immediately after Noah was asking why his dad was hurting him.
She could have saved his life.
