What the F*** is wrong with these godforsaken mothers?? They’re afraid of the dad. So friggin what. Crack the 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 over the head. Anything!

She last saw Noah, she told detectives, when Bryce took the boy into the bathroom.

While Noah was in the bathroom she said she heard Noah ask Bryce why he was hurting him. Jillian said when she left Sunday, Noah had still not come out of the bathroom, according to the declaration.

So you know your child is being hurt, you say nothing, do nothing to protect him? Step outside and call 911, and we wouldn't be here tonight discussing Noah's death. Animals do a better job of protecting their young than this Mom did.

I am wondering what the evidence on JG's phone might have led investigators to believe that Noah is deceased.
Some positive proof ?
A photo ?

I’m willing to bet he told her and she either didn’t believe it or didn’t want to believe it. I am so upset tonight. Noah seems to have been such a sweet boy. It also kills me that the same awful method of disposal we had been discussing in another case was probably used on him. This is breaking my heart because I really started out hopeful that the outcome would be better than this. This is horrible.

A clearer picture of mom's involvement:

"Police were asked to make a welfare check on Noah by his mother Jillian Marie Godfrey, on March 12, according to the declaration.

She originally told officers she last saw Noah when she dropped him off March 4 at Bryce McIntosh’s apartment in the 4600 block of Temescal Valley Road in Corona. But she told detectives March 13 she actually last saw the boy on March 2, during her March 1-3 stay over at the apartment.

She last saw Noah, she told detectives, when Bryce took the boy into the bathroom.

While Noah was in the bathroom she said she heard Noah ask Bryce why he was hurting him. Jillian said when she left Sunday, Noah had still not come out of the bathroom, according to the declaration.

A warrant search of Jillian Godfrey’s phone “showed notes where Jillian was documenting Bryce abusing Noah,” the declaration said.

The evidence leaves no doubt that Noah was a victim of a homicide, Corona Police Chief George Johnstone said at the Thursday morning news conference to announce that the murder charge had been filed."

I think I'm going to get sick. The dad is just evil. The mom is no kind of a mother. How can a mother allow her child to be hurt? And then she leaves without seeing him? What kind of a mother? No wonder she's been charged! I could vomit! This is not how a mother reacts! I wonder if she's an addict or something.

"Police said Jillian Godfrey reported on March 12 that she couldn't reach her son and had last dropped him off at his father's home more than a week earlier. Police said Godfrey later told them she stayed at McIntosh's apartment from March 1 to March 3 and last saw her son on March 2."

So the 🤬🤬🤬 took this precious boy into the bathroom on the 2nd, mom said Noah never came out of the bathroom and she never saw him again but she didn't leave the apartment until the next day?!?! Is my timeline wrong?

Also from this article:

"Police searched areas in Riverside County where McIntosh's cellphone had been used on March 4 and March 5 and found a glove, plastic bag, empty drain cleaner bottles and other items. They also had a plumbing company search his apartment and found that the bathtub plumbing trap was cleaner than usual, Hernandez wrote.

Noah's 10-year-old sister described how her father abused her brother by putting him in the bathtub and handcuffing him, according to the court filing."

California prosecutors say father killed his 8-year-old son

I don't want to know why this 🤬🤬🤬 monster dumped a broken wooden spoon and blender parts in the desert with the gloves and oven cleaner bottles.

Wow how very disturbing. That poor innocent little boy, why are you hurting me? That hurt my heart. 🤬🤬🤬 thinks he’s something special in that YouTube vid and the so-called mother - what a sorry excuse for a human being.

Does anyone else have the awful feeling he’s discarded him down drains as LE are trying to figure out r.e. Plumbers etc. Pretty sure forensics would find DNA etc in the bathroom regardless of any bleach cleaning. Echoes of Becky watts case here in UK.

He bought 24" bolt cutters along with the chemicals, gloves and trash can. Wonder if that was to access an area that was locked or had a fence around it?

Where there was hope, today there is heartbreak.

Police believe Noah McIntosh is dead.

But the story is not over.

Noah needs to come home.

I'll be online until 5:30p at Gigi Graciette

OMG - why. Luckily this guy isn’t all that bright as he’s left a lot of trace for LE to move quickly. Hopefully they can find poor Noah soon and lay him to rest.

I had to spend some time to process this before commenting. It didn't help at all. WHO DOES THIS TO AN INNOCENT CHILD?

It appears to me that dad had a prior history of abusing the boy. Mom was there in the apartment, heard her son's pleas, HOW COULD SHE NOT HAVE CONTACTED LE?? It sounds like she just left. Her other child was there while all this happening, HOW COULD YOU JUST WALK AWAY?

I know some will say 'battered woman syndrome' or she was afraid for her own safety. I call BS on that. It was reported she was keeping documentation of dads abuse, she knew what he was doing to this innocent child. She should have called 911 as soon as she heard Noah in that bathroom in distress. She may not have been the one that physically assaulted Noah, but she is just as guilty for his death IMO. She did nothing, she left. They are both pathetic cowards that deserve to spend their lives behind bars.

I'm so sorry for the daughter that was left inside that apartment. Heaven only knows what she's seen and heard. Poor sweet child too, she's going to need some serious therapy to cope with this.

Unfathomable and utterly heartbreaking.

As much as it hurts to say this, with the things he purchased I do not believe that a body will be found.

"The evidence discovered provided detectives probable cause to arrest Bryce McIntosh and Jillian Godfrey for child abuse. The evidence also led investigators to several locations throughout the county." "At the locations ... we did collect trace evidence that leave no doubt that Noah is the victim of a homicide," Corona Police Chief George Johnstone said at a Thursday news conference.

He is scheduled to be arraigned on April 8. It was not immediately if he had legal representation yet.

If convicted of all charges, he could face life without possibility of parole and would be eligible for the death penalty.

"I'm not prepared to discuss the motive. We do believe there is motive for this to have occurred," Johnstone said.

Johnstone said Bryce McIntosh was not cooperative with the investigation and that Godfrey "has very limited information."

Police do not know the specific date of the alleged killing and are asking for the public's help, Johnstone said. "We ask our community to reflect back to February 20 through March 12," the police department said.

Dad accused of killing his 8-year-old son; police still searching for boy's body

It’s unfathomable that anyone could do this to another human being, let alone a child, and in particular his own child. What can I say, there are no words.

LE believe there’s a motive????? In my eyes, there can never be a motive for murdering a child other than total insanity.

I am now questioning if it's the truth that the mother was sleeping in her car. She seems complicit to the the abuse. I am thoroughly disgusted.

.

Add to the fact it took another NINE days for 'mommy' to contact LE. Mr 🤬🤬🤬 was aware mommy knew her son was in the bathroom. Mr 🤬🤬🤬 allowed mommy to leave the apartment on the 3rd? Why? Why was he not concerned mommy would contact someone?

Any of us here that heard our child say they were being hurt would run to the situation. I hope her charged are upped. And document her child being abused prior?

I wish I could bail him out.

Poor, sweet Noah :( And here we are again, a parent knows about the abuse and lets it continue. Lucas was in the same situation, just reversed with stepmom and dad knowing. ARGH people, I don't care how scared I was that the "other parent" would kill me, I would take the risk to get my children to safety!!!! Noah had grandparents that were willing to raise him, if his "🤬🤬🤬 parents" wanted to be "free" of kids, just hand them over! I know that's not how evil minds work, it's about control, but makes me so angry! I don't care if the mom was threatened, she knew and could have done something about it. She had a support system that would have helped her. Same with Lucas, his dad knew and did nothing. Frustrates me to no end.

Did anyone notice the reference to blender parts? I can't even comprehend, but I'm wondering if they possibly think he was washed down the drain (insert me bawling my eyes out at the thought) I'm with someone else that sadly I don't think his little body will ever be found.

Insanity but PURE EVIL to me.

Mom knew, or should have. Whatever Bryce did in the bathroom with Noah resulted in that precious boy remaining in the bathroom the rest of March 2nd, all night and until (at least) when Jillian left Bryce's apartment THE NEXT DAY on March 3rd (Sunday.) At first I thought she immediately left upon hearing that her son was being hurt but she stayed. Stayed and let that monster harm her child and never once went to check on him or help him, or offer her help. I would have ripped the door down and killed with my own two hands the man who was hurting my child. That's what moms do if someone is harming their child, regardless of who it is or the circumstances. Bryce is going to rot in jail for the rest of his life; I hope they have enough evidence to put her away for a long, long, LONG time.

I saw that about the blender parts and also the part of a wooden spoon. I don't know if I want to know any more details. :(
