Poor sweet little Noah. I can't even imagine what this child lived through. I'm so sad for him. I have no words for his mother allowing this. How do you just leave knowing he asked 'why are you hurting me' and then never coming out of the bathroom? How could she just walk away? She is even worse than I thought. She had opportunities, I'm sure, to save him. Just how or why was this allowed to happen? I'm just so sad for him. And for his sister too. What has she had to witness and endure? Beyond words.

What the F*** is wrong with these godforsaken mothers?? They’re afraid of the dad. So friggin what. Crack the 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 over the head. Anything!
Ita !
Well said !

I tried to have compassion for a mother who was maybe abused... but she had ample time to call 911 .
And refused to do so.

If she couldn't care for them herself --her parents would've been happy to take both children.
Poor Noah and his (now traumatized) sister were ripped from a caring home where they were thriving. :(

I honestly don't think there's a punishment enough for this evil, evil monster that inflicted this on a child. His own child. And it looks like the mother allowed it. If so, she is complicit too. Imo

I don't want to know why this 🤬🤬🤬 monster dumped a broken wooden spoon and blender parts in the desert with the gloves and oven cleaner bottles.
Snipped for brevity
Emphasis mine

Sorry to say this, but if he used a blender, this poor child was probably dismembered.
But oven cleaner ?? Good god.

Never came out of the bathroom ?
Was beaten to death in the tub and cut up ?

Were there two bathrooms ? What if someone else needed to use it ?
Did this 🤬🤬🤬 egg donor just not use the bathroom ?
What about the sister ... was she forced to see Noah when nature called ?

My Gosh! My heart hurts so much for poor little Noah and his sister.
And I am so so angry with these parents! The dad sounds insane and I can't even find words for the mom! She allowed her child to be hurt, remained in the apt without checking on her hurt child and then left the next day? Who can do that? Who can live with themselves doing that? I'm so disgusted!

And don't forget, wait nine days to contact for help. I call BS, when a person is terrified they may not make good judgement calls, however after a few minutes one starts to collect their thoughts. How can a person sit there, knowing their child is being harmed and not do anything? Unless the little guy was killed instantly, he would have made noise, cried or something.

I'm questioning the mother's story. Who could stay in her car knowing your child is hurt and another is in there with the monster? That doesn't ring true to me, but rather a made up story. I think she stayed living in the apt., not her car. jmo

As much as it hurts to say this, with the things he purchased I do not believe that a body will be found.

The moment I saw the plumber at the apartment search and considering how long they were there my heart knew. :(
I kept praying for a different outcome but I knew.

The only reason I can surmise why she was not charged in the murder is because she will testify in court. Do I believe her story..... Not in this lifetime:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

RIP precious Noah.

You bet it doesn't. Sounds like an attempt to save one's own behind.

Let's not forget LE asked the public if either of them had been seen in the beamer...that speaks volumes.

Perhaps they gave her the chance to testify so as not to further traumatize his sister. I know it could be done on CCTV but the poor sister has been through enough. :(:(

I have also always thought it was NOT true...............

"She originally told officers she last saw Noah when she dropped him off March 4 at Bryce McIntosh’s apartment in the 4600 block of Temescal Valley Road in Corona. But she told detectives March 13 she actually last saw the boy on March 2, during her March 1-3 stay over at the apartment.

She last saw Noah, she told detectives, when Bryce took the boy into the bathroom.

While Noah was in the bathroom she said she heard Noah ask Bryce why he was hurting him. Jillian said when she left Sunday, Noah had still not come out of the bathroom, according to the declaration."

Mom knew, or should have. Whatever Bryce did in the bathroom with Noah resulted in that precious boy remaining in the bathroom the rest of March 2nd, all night and until (at least) when Jillian left Bryce's apartment THE NEXT DAY on March 3rd (Sunday.) At first I thought she immediately left upon hearing that her son was being hurt but she stayed. Stayed and let that monster harm her child and never once went to check on him or help him, or offer her help. I would have ripped the door down and killed with my own two hands the man who was hurting my child. That's what moms do if someone is harming their child, regardless of who it is or the circumstances. Bryce is going to rot in jail for the rest of his life; I hope they have enough evidence to put her away for a long, long, LONG time.

BBM. There was a reason the grandparents raised those kids, IMO.

My heart breaks for them. How they will withstand this, I don't know. I would go insane.

The only thing I can think of is she didn't have a bond with her kids and if she was using drugs thatsan deafen the ability to feel emotion or empathy for others.

None of this makes sense.

The word insane is apropos. And evil.

Yes, and I may get flak for this but oh well....It's a shame our new governor has done away with the death penalty because if anyone deserves it, it's this 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 of a "father". If anything, the death penalty can be used as leverage for someone like him to disclose where the victim is. Disgusting on all levels.

Effing 🤬🤬🤬.

Big tough man? Thinks he's a big dude by harming a gentle little boy like that?

a gentle little boy born with a life-threatening condition, no less.

All my best to the grandparents & older sister!

LE said there is a motive. Could his father's frustration with his son's medical condition be considered a motive?

It seems like the vulnerability and sweetness of these boys is a threat somehow to these big tough cowards.

But it also reminds me of Zahra Baker.

It has no bearing on this case. The governor put a moratorium on actual executions. Not on the death penalty as a sentence. Just no one is going to be executed while he's governor, because he feels there are inherent inequities in the imposition, as more people of color and more people with intellectual disabilities are sentenced to death than others.

He also cited innocent people being sentenced to death as a reason.

Regardless, this creep can still be sentenced to death and placed on death row, regardless of the execution moratorium.

There are some things you wish you had never read, this is one of them. Pure evil. I can not even imagine...
I totally agree. I’ve been following since the beginning. Reading the news report made me physically ill. How???? WHY???

And he should be sentenced. Cruel doesn’t even begin to scratch the surface of this case.

I don’t think I can say anymore or I’ll get a TO. Will be watching as I am able. But after our sweet Lucas, it’s been hard to keep up on such horrific cases like these.
