I don’t think I can say anymore or I’ll get a TO. Will be watching as I am able. But after our sweet Lucas, it’s been hard to keep up on such horrific cases like these.

I’m at a loss for words about this case. It is just absolutely horrifying like the Victoria Martens case. Noah was such a handsome young man how could anyone harm him? They are not human these monsters capable of this I wish there was a way to eradicate them and keep all children safe.

Authorities received a warrant for the cell phone of Noah's mother, Jillian Godfrey, 36, which showed notes where Godfrey was documenting McIntosh abusing Noah.

"Examples included Bryce admitting to putting Noah in hot water, Noah being placed in cold water for approximately 2 1/2 hours, Noah being put in a tub of cold water for over six hours, and [Noah's sister] telling Jillian that Noah was in Bryce's bathroom with his feet tied up," the documents continued.

In the above linked article it states that Noah's sister wasn't in the custody of her father for the two weeks leading up to Noah's death (thank God!)

"During the investigation, detectives interviewed McIntosh's father, who told them Noah's sister was staying with him for a couple of weeks, up until McIntosh picked her up on March 10. When McIntosh picked up his daughter, he reportedly told his father that Noah was missing. McIntosh's father told detectives that he advised his son to go to the police, but McIntosh refused."

To have stood by and never called 911 as this boy was being tortured !
So depressing.

What an incompetent person.
And a failure of a 'mother'.

No true mother who loved and carried her baby in her body for nine months would stand by and be oblivious to the fact that her child was slowly dying.
Maybe she didn't enjoy Noah's suffering, but it's clear she didn't care.
And she knew her daughter was being forced to assist in his abuse.

She needs to be locked away for a very long time.
Hopefully her charges will be upgraded !

It seems to me that the dad dreamed up ways to terrorize and abuse Noah. There is no way the mom didn't know. No way! Plus the daughter had to help sometimes. Was that to terrorize her too? Was she forced to be an accomplice when the mother wasn't there to help?
I do think the mother was an accomplice sometimes.
Did the daughter go to school? Did she ever tell anybody what was going on in that house of horror?
BM's dad said he had been watching the girl for 2 weeks prior to the 10th of March, so was she gone on Feb. 24th, when both parents willfully abused Noah?
It seems Noah was killed sometime between March 2nd and 4th. The mother was there imo.
BM's phone pinged on the 5th where they found some of the evidence.
The mother called LE on the 12th.
I suspect this timing and her story were planned between the mom and the dad.

My guess is that him being locked in the bathroom for that amount of time was very normal for them and a common occurrence. Days/week later when she still hadn't seen him and had time to come up with a story to cover herself, she decides to report it.

The mom had said the dad wouldn't let her see the children in the last 2 weeks and that's why she decided to call LE for a welfare check. But the daughter wasn't there when Noah was murdered and she knew it.
The mom's story makes no sense to me.

If Noah was wetting the bed --or himself -- more than usual .... Maybe he was terrified ?
An 8 year old is old enough to know that his parents hate him and want him gone.
Imagine the horror of being in their 'care' ?

So they punished him with hot/cold water, tied or handcuffed him in the bathtub.

Fgs, he was born with his bladder outside of his body.
Some kids who are otherwise physically healthy , occasionally wet at night.
It's treatable, and sometimes goes away on its' own as the child gets older.
You do not punish a child for something that's not his/her fault.

Somehow, and for quite some time, the mom's parent's raised the children in their home. It is unknown if the mom lived there too or intermittently or at all. It is unknown where the father was living during this time. It is unknown if the mom and dad remained involved or were separated during this time. It is unknown if the dad was involved in his children's lives during this time. But it is known that the dad was violent as the grandpa said he's surprised BM didn't kill all of them.
Why oh why did the mom allow this man to be around her babies? Because she participated in the abuse is why imo.

There may be a lot we don't know about re the relationship between the parents. He may have been blackmailing her emotionally for some reason, e.g. "If you say/do/tell etc, you won't see the kids again". According to her, she wasn't even living with him, so there must have been something holding her back from reporting what she knew. Nothing can justify her silence, and her silence allowed BM to brutally murder their little boy.

I'll never understand how any human being can desecrate a person's body, even if it's someone they murdered. It's beyond reprehensible.

Police search for missing 8-year-old Corona boy at Lee Lake; DA, sheriff to update public – Press Enterprise

Corona police detectives searched for Noah at Lee Lake in Temescal Valley, Sgt. Chad Fountain said.
Noah hasn’t been seen since at least March 5, when his mother, Jillian Marie Godfrey, reported him missing. The young boy had been living with his father, Bryce Daniel McIntosh, and his 11-year-old sister. Godfrey told police that she hadn’t seen Noah in two weeks.
Godfrey, 36, and McIntosh, 32, have both been arrested on suspicion of willful child cruelty and are due to be arraigned April 8. Bail has been set at $500,000 for Godfrey. McIntosh is being held in lieu of $1 million bail. There was no indication in Superior Court records Wednesday that new charges had been filed.

Community mourns the loss of 8-year-old Noah McIntosh of Corona – Press Enterprise

The blue ribbons wrapped around trees, posts and poles lining Temescal Canyon Road once symbolized the Corona community’s collective hope that young Noah McIntosh, 8, would find his way home.
Now those same blue ribbons, Noah’s favorite color, represent loss and mourning after Corona police and Riverside County law enforcement announced Thursday that they believe the young boy died at the hands of his father.
“Every time I saw updates, and see the blue ribbons around the city a tear comes to my eyes,” wrote one person, identified as CJ Hartsock. “I didn’t know this young man. I don’t think our family is 1 degree or 10 degrees from this family, their house or his school. I am so sad, angry, sickened with this child I never knew. I am so, so sorry for his sister and Grandfather who provided Noah’s sense of family. Rest In Peace little man.”

It looks like people are realizing it wasn't just BM who abused Noah.

Data from Bryce McIntosh’s cellphone led investigators to the unincorporated area of Aguanga in Riverside County on March 16, the declaration says. There, officers found a similar trash can, a paper with “Noah M.” on it, several purple latex gloves and parts of a blender.
Both the inside of a trash can and residue in a plastic bag found in the area tested positive for human blood, the declaration says, but the document does not link the blood to Noah.
Also recovered at the Aguanga site along Wilson Valley Road, north of Highway 371, were “numerous” purple latex gloves, empty bottles of drain cleaner, empty cans of oven cleaner, blankets, yellow towels and one blue long-cuffed glove, the declaration said.
Also on March 16, investigators, again using location evidence from Bryce McIntosh’s cell phone, went to the area of Squaw Mountain Road and Temescal Valley Road, where they recovered a purple latex glove, a soiled yellow towel, and part of a wooden spoon.
The declaration said the glove matched ones found in a warrant search of Bryce McIntosh’s black BMW 330i sedan, and used cleaning wipes were found at both locations searched March 16.

Curious about the part of the wooden spoon -- were they using it to hit him and it broke ?

And it sounds from the above links that they'll proceed with a 'no body' case if they have to. That's good !

Noah needs justice.

Some have speculated about why the community comes together en masse AFTER a child is dead from abuse-- and why not before ?

My .02 is that often there's little you can do even if you suspect something.
Gabriel Fernandez is one sad example.

If Noah didn't show obvious signs of abuse, he wouldn't have been removed.
Most likely Noah was too frightened to speak up.

Even his own grandparents wanted to care for him; but he and his sister were taken from that home they'd probably grown up in.
