I mentioned on his thread that this UID shares similarity to Dane Wilkins, but there's not enough information for me to make that call.

Dane Wilkins isn't totally out there, but like you I'm not convinced. His hair seems brown, not red/blonde/ginger which would be expected from the little hair found on the UID.
