Do you know what the UID's case number was? Jorge Luis Mellado died the day before this person was struck by a car.

ME2020-08141 is the UID’s case number, that’s how I located him in the Virtual Cemetery. I think the date difference comes from the circumstances of his death, he was struck by car late on the 21 and was pronounced an hour later. His death might have been entered as 22 as a result. I might have copied this info in my file, I’ll check and edit this post shortly if I find it.

I didn't take a screenshot, unfortunately. When I first started tracking NamUs cases a few years ago, I copied all the cases from NamUs. I only copied the info from the dashboard, not all the information that's inside each profile, but this information includes the ME case number, at least the way it was listed at that time. I don't know if they modify it in the meantime, I rarely have the time to check for later edits, unfortunately.
