I certainly agree that he should be punished for setting a fire, but it sounds like the reason he was caught is that he called 911. So tracking him down was not miraculous, they had his cell phone number from that call.I just listened to the 1/2 hour PC on ktla. I'm absolutely stunned and impressed by the investigation as described by the ATF chief, that has resulted in this arrest.
