Circumstances of Discovery On 12/03/2021, this female was found unresponsive with head trauma in the intersection of Paxton St and Fellows Ave in Pacoima. Paramedics transported her to Providence Holy Cross Medical where she remained until her death on 01/28/2022. She had no ID on her. The circumstances of her head injury are unknown.
