CA - Parolee At Large RSO Was Skinning A Raccoon

Kevin Burroughs by the looks of his Mugshot at link is either high or not right in the head.

Citizens called police when they witnessed a man skinning a raccoon in a parking lot. When cops arrived Burroughs who had bloodied hands took off running. There's a reason for that alright. RSO, and parolee at large.

Hmmmm, and I just found this after googling his entire name.

In 2011 he hopped a fence to a Middle school where at least 80 students were participating in afterschool activities.

Seriously this guy is out there, and this Mugshot is even worse.

No knife was found in regards to the raccoon skinning so I wonder?????????

It's way too early in the morning to even think about this, but I had no idea!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Kevin Burroughs failed to participate in the GPS monitoring program. O.K. so sex offenders don't follow rules. I expected to see one person on there. Just him. This is some very frightening stuff. The names go on and on.

FWIW he failed to show up last September so that gave him 11 months to do whatever he pleased. There's just name after name on that thing.

Good grief. Poor raccoon, but his sacrifice resulted in getting this creep off the streets.

One commenter in the above article points out that his mug shot looks like he's saying "and I'm coming to skin you next!" Pretty funny, but creepily accurate! Gave me shivers looking at his mug!
