Found Deceased CA - Patricia "Paty" Alatorre, 13, Bakersfield, 1 Jul 2020 *ARREST*

5 feet tall, thin build (85 to 90 lbs), brown hair, brown eyes, last seen wearing blue jeans and a t-shirt. Last seem around 11 to 11:30 pm from her home (2900 block of Crescent Ridge Street). New update last seem in a white pick up truck in the area of Hosking Avenue and Wible Road on July 1st.

Her mother has said in an interview that her daughter made a make shift figure of her in her bed using a sweater and pjs to make it seem like she was laying in bed. And per neighbors surveillance footage she was heard saying either “I am not leaving” or “am I leaving?”

Bakersfield police searching for missing 13-year-old girl

Patricia Alatorre was last seen on Wednesday night (July 1, 2020) near Hosking Avenue and Wible Road in Bakersfield, CA. An older white pickup truck was seen in the area when she went missing.

She is described as:
Hispanic
About 5 feet tall
About 90 pounds.
Brown hair and brown eyes.

Yes the photos are recent, the beach one was taken in May according to her mom. And her birthday one I’m guessing is during quarantine (late March until now).

Although we don't know for sure yet, If they know she was sexually assaulted and murdered, and they have already booked him, I think it's fair to say he confessed, and they have her body.
