Did you notice the report at 15:21 of a blonde woman being assaulted by a male while sitting in a silver boxy type car parked along Hunts Road/Twain Harte Drive? The report states that the vehicle was gone by the time LE showed up. Perhaps the woman was Patty?

Hmmm TomVang good eye. It's not like there's normally a whole ton of criminal activity in this area. I wonder if it was related somehow. Part of me hopes not as I'd way rather think of her camping and deep in thought... but is it possible? I don't know the driving times between all of the various distances well enough.

I can help with driving times I live in Twain Harte which is about 5-6 mins drive up 108 from Pattys restaurant in East Sonora. Donnell Vista Point is approx 40 min drive up 108 from Twain Harte and Kennedy meadows 55 min drive. But please keep in mind that this is such a rural area that those areas are really just a hop, skip and jump away. A drive up to Kennedy Meadows for lunch or Dinner at the resort is not uncommon for most people here.

No new news today, other than the statement that LE is not planning anymore searches until they have more info on where to search :/

There were some rumors going around this morning that her body was found. I contacted the SO and they stated it was not true. No bodies have been found at all. It's aggravating and distressing to hear so many unfounded rumors, but today's rumor has been the most upsetting. I just wish people would stop talking and start searching. Patty, where are you?! Your girls miss you! Please come home soon or at least call someone and let them know you are okay!

I'm not sure what they have ruled out. There has been NO PCs at all! I spoke with a friend who volunteers at Sherrifs Office. She said the general consensus there is that they believe that Patty had a melt down of some sort and the planned her escape. I find that really hard to believe! I, and none of her friends believe she would just walk away from her family, her kids, all her friends and her business. She had a great support system here with some pretty awesome friends who would do whatever it takes to help her. I just can't imagine her choosing to leave all that behind. But I've also not heard the whole story from LE, because they haven't done a PC. I'd like to know if she really did do those audio tapes of her life story. Right now that's just here say from a reporter (not from LE) but if she did, maybe there is something on those tapes that lead LE to believe she planned all this?

The lack of info from LE is maddening!

Unfortunately, the nearest news media is Sacramento. They rarely report things that happen here in Tuolumne County glad they initially got the story out but I doubt they will do any follow up.

I have a friend who said he saw her at Ed's bar, Friday night. He said she was alone and really drunk at 6:30pm.

I haven't heard ANY official statement at a all from sheriff. Just what's on the missing persons report that they issued. I sent report to NAMUS this afternoon so she will at least be listed on there. Also sent some better photos of her to NamUs as LE only had a mug shot from a few years ago and an ancient DL photo :/

If you look thru crime graphics for tuolumne county sheriff you can scroll thru all the notifications back to 4/18 and see the tips that were followed up on. There are not many, but the few that are listed there contradict each other. If I have time this weekend I will go thru them and make a list of them all to put on here.

I called CSO office today (sheriff volunteers) and was told that they were all out searching for her, so apparently Sgt Scott Johnson was quoted wrong, or stated invalid info about no more searches. It wouldn't be the first time he gave inaccurate info on a case grr!

I also was told by CSO that there is no missing poster yet. They are 'working on it' grr! She's been missing 2 weeks!! Does anyone know how I can make my own missing poster? There are NONE posted here in Twain Harte. If she really was here at Eds or Eproson House this town should be plastered with posters!

I'm not exactly "local" but I've heard of Kinkos (aka FedEx/Kinkos around here) donating printing services for missing people.

I should've added: no judgment on my part for either the mug shot... things happen... or the driver's license photo. (really does anyone look good in either one?) I'm sure she looks really different in her day to day life than in either of these photos, and it seems like better pics would make her easier to find.

That is so great that you can work on the flyers. IMO she needs them unless or until she says she doesn't want to be found. Also if you feel comfortable with it, virtual flyers (i.e. Facebook) would be great. I shared the news story with my husband's cousin and family in that area but I can't believe there's not even a shareable flyer yet.

The incident occurred on October 10, 2013.

FWIW, it was a misdemeanor (disorderly conduct/alcohol). She was detained, but not arrested. Apparently she is 5'7 (useful info if someone makes a missing poster).

And then at a little after 15:00, another report comes in about a blond woman being attacked in a silver boxy style vehicle (clearly not Patty's small truck) on Twain Harte Drive. Do you think that Patty's car was located within that extremely short time frame?
