Details of Disappearance
Yotter was last spoken to by friends in the AM hours of 12/20/1991. He most likely took his motorcycle which is also missing. His motorcycle is a red and black 1988 Honda with California license plate number 13D5981, the model number CBR1000F and a red "No Fear" decal on the fairing.

His grandmother reported him missing on December 21, 1991 after Yotter's employer called to tell her that he never showed up for work. Yotter's grandmother went to his apartment in Santa Maria and found a note he had left alluding to wanting to commit suicide.
