Not much out there on Peggy. Not listed in Namus. Would be interesting to know what she said in those phone calls to her mother and husband. I'm assuming her mother reported her missing and not her husband since Cape Girardeau, MO police are investigating from Peggy's mothers home state. I believe her husband is Darue Mandeville.

She isn't listed as a missing person in California. I called the California Department of Justice and they confirmed that. I sent an email to the Missouri DPS and they also said she wasn't in their system as a missing person. The Harrison County Sheriff's Department is Gulfport, Mississippi "might" be looking into her case as per prior correspondence with the now defunct NAMPN when they were looking into the possibility that she could be a Jane Doe in their jurisdiction, but I still cannot nail down which LE is handling her case.

She isn't currently listed as a missing person in California. A report was filed with Camarillo police department, just after she went missing. Since she would currently be in her 80's at this time. Her former spouse filed for abandonment prior to filing for divorce. The spouse has since died in 2019. Peggy's mother filed the report in Cape Girardeau MO. Peggys mother passed in 1997, having refused to move or change her phone number until the day of her death.

Odd, since the individual chosen as the seeker, never lived in Utah. The name should read Dena Mandeville, she was the one looking for people in 1994.

The call came from the Mississippi FBI, and the information was provided to Peggy's living child. However, he chose to do nothing. Since Peggy would now be in her 80's, her former spouse deceased in 2019. Her mother in 1997, her brother in 2015 or 17. The only child who was searching for her since her disasppearance died in 2013. Her other two children aren't interested.
