Oh dear. They wouldn't air lift her if she wasn't alive, but her condition must be bad. I wonder what in the world happened.

I updated my other post to pose the question.

This report says Bax was found dehydrated but stable and was airlifted to the hospital. Her dog Walter is also being treated.

Good to hear that she is stable. I wonder if she sprained something while on a hike with the dogs and couldn't get out of the woods?

Her sister thinks she ran out of gas and her cellphone was dead.

Phew! I'm so glad to hear the good news that this beautiful woman and her loyal doggie were found alive! I hope both make a full recovery! Stuck somewhere with the car, minor accident, couldn't walk back? Something like that? How long, 5-6 days? They were lucky!

The motorhome she was driving was located by the helicopter and officers landed and found Bax nearby.

The motorhome she was driving had become disabled and therefore could not be driven from the remote location where she was found.

Bax was airlifted from the scene and will be taken to a local hospital for a medical evaluation and treatment surrounding a complaint of pain.
