Oh, so sorry about this little one. She had such a promising career. I hope they catch this 🤬🤬🤬 soon.

NG: reporter confirms car was unlocked, back windows rolled partially down; unknown how she got to where her remains were found. NG questioning if where she was found was the dumping ground and crime committed elsewhere. Pat Brown believes it was dumping ground, perp wanted isolated place that wouldn't lead back to them, believes PL could've known perp. Also talking about TN and how he didn't want to make any comments to the media over the weekend.

NG: caller can't see how PL could've been a shy homebody when she was dating a married man.

(my comment ~ oh please, let her rest in peace! :banghead:)

Regardless, I hope there is enough DNA at the crime scene, whoever the 🤬🤬🤬 might be!

When will they release COD?

Re: the caller's comment...

I've personally known a "shy homebody" who dated a married man. I don't think all people who have/have had adulterous relationships fit a "floozie" profile. JMO

NG: talking again with local reporter about where PL was found, he says she didn't have the ability to go far by herself, according to her brother she couldn't find her way to San Francisco, etc. NG asking him if she was clothed, he says LE didn't say anything today or how long she had been at that location.

NG talking to doctor on show about decomposition. He would expect a lot with weather, elements; warm weather speeds up decomposition; decomposition makes COD less obvious.

NG: asking doctor how ME can know she wasn't pregnant but doesn't know COD. Doctor says they know the COD just aren't releasing it. Easy to tell she wouldn't be pregnant though.

I just think it would've been more appropriate before her remains were found and not on the day she was identified. :) MOO

When will they release COD?
I think LE wants to withhold information in order to pursue their investigation without tipping off the perp. MOO

  • #471
When Dr. Kaufman pronounced it as 'decompensation' I knew he really doesn't know much about decomposition. But, he is a pretty face.

NG: Susan Moss, Richard Herman, Pam Hayes on the panel. SM saying TN may lead to more clues that will solve the case since he was last person PL called. NG talking about surveillance video in TN's neighborhood that he said will confirm he didn't leave home. RH is saying LE must know how she was killed, i.e. knife, weapon etc and why LE won't release information.

Agreed. :(

It's so upsetting to see "found deceased" on the beginning of this thread. Let's hope for justice.

Rest in peace

I was hoping like I was hoping for Chelsea and mackenzie, that it was just a case of running away to be wild for a while, why cant I ever be right

NG: showing parts of news conference where LE states they have interviewed PL's brothers and are not suspects; are interviewing others.
(reading between the lines here that TN hasn't been cleared? :waitasec:)

Caller wants to know if TN's wife could've known about the affair and had something to do with PL's death. NG asking Pat Brown about it. PB has seen it happen where the girlfriend or wife does go out and kill the other woman. PB says interesting is the time she went missing, talking about her waiting for TN to get off work? NG talking to another reporter about PL working at TN's business. (my comment: nobody has mentioned that TN's business was closed on Sunday??)

NG and LG think strangulation. Believe ex-boss knows something.

  • #478
NG: talking to guests about possible COD. Believe it could involve a weapon, others say strangulation.

Caller wants to know about PL passing out flyers and if she was in a parking garage or something. Reporter Stacy saying it was earlier in the day, not connected. NG talking about PL leaving the house to cool off after a family disagreement; reporter HKL saying not a big fight or anything and brothers have been cleared.

  • #479
NG: another caller thinks TN should be looked at more. Reporter Stacy talking about the surveillance video in his neighborhood that will prove he didn't leave home.

If I'm not mistaken, LE hasn't seized anyone else's vehicle, have they? All this time, I've been assuming (perhaps errantly) that the murder occurred in a vehicle. I've assumed the unfolding of all this happened pretty quickly after she was taken.

Strangulation? If it were personal, perhaps there is evidence to be found in someone's car.
