Merry Christmas to you and yours also! The case has a Trial Confirming Hearing on January 17, 2019 at 8:30 am in Department 31. I’m assuming that is when they will set an actual trial date unless it’s continued. I’ll try to remember to check again on the 17th@Suglo - kind of slacked off on this case - anything new in the court site?

I lived near HP and would get coffee every morning at the shopping center Susan went missing from. I have always been confounded by that case as I never saw a single poster when she went missing. I found out about it through Websleuths. My kids went to high school across the street. I really have to wonder if she actually made it to the shopping center that morning. There’s always a ton of people and kids walking to the high school at that hour. Let’s just say I’m a bit skeptical of the official story and timeline.
I checked the court calendar this morning. No update. I will check it again tomorrow morning and let you know.
Good morning. They scheduled another trial confirmation hearing for May 2, 2019 at 8:30 am yesterday. The August 5, 2019 Jury Trial is still on calendar also with a Trial Assignment hearing set for August 2, 2019 at 8:30 am.
