Well that was exciting! So glad she's apprehended safely!! The poor little doggie. I'm glad they pulled away right quick when the wardrobe malfunction occurred (I giggled at the reporter's reaction to that). And did anyone else jump when the PD helicopter flew by?

Police chased an assault suspect on freeways and surface streets through the San Fernando Valley, finally catching up and arresting her on foot in North Hills.

Her dog also fled with her, but was later found in the neighborhood.

"Officers quickly caught up with the woman and she stopped running. They took her to the ground and into custody without further incident. The dog got away and officers combed the neighborhood and later found the chihuahua."

This whole sentence made me giggle.

I am thankful the poor little dog is safe and the innocent people in traffic are safe.

She could have easily gotten into a bad accident and killed someone.

Glad LE arrested her. This ended as well as it could have. So many other times it ends with a bad accident.

Glad there will be lots of charges on her. So hopefully she will never pull that stunt again. She should have lots of jail time to reconsider ever doing it again. Put many lives at risk.
