Details of Disappearance
Sangha was last seen leaving her family's residence on North Butte Road in Live Oak, California on February 11, 2000 at approximately 11:49 a.m. She was driving her black 1997 Chevrolet Lumina with the California license plate number 4DBA522. Sangha has never been heard from again.
Her husband reported her as a missing person on February 20, nine days after her initial disappearance. Sangha's vehicle was discovered abandoned shortly thereafter. There was no sign of her at the scene. Sangha missed an appointment with the United States Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) in Sacramento, California on February 23, 2000. Authorities believe she disappeared under suspicious circumstances. Sangha's case remains unsolved.

The Sutter County Sheriffs Office continues its investigation into a missing person case from 17 years ago after they received new information and investigative leads into the case. The case in question is that of missing person Pushpinder Sangha. Pushpinder was last seen on February 11, 2000 at 11:49 am. She resided in the 12000 block of North Butte Road, Live Oak. She was described as a 27 year old East Indian female, 54, 135 lbs, brown hair and brown eyes. She left behind her four year old son. She missed her appointment with Immigration and Naturalization Service on February 23, 2000. She has not been seen or heard from.
