Plead not guilty. $1M bond. Is/was free on bond. After capture (8/4/19) held without bond.

9/16/19 Update: Next pretrial hearing on 10/18. 10/18/19: Next pretrial hearing on 2/7/20. 2/7/20 Update: Preliminary hearing scheduled on 5/8/20. 5/8/20 Update: Due to coronavirus the preliminary has been moved to 6/5/20. 6/5/20 Update: Next pretrial hearing on 5/21/21 @ 9am & preliminary hearing on 6/8/21 @ 9am.

I think the court site isn't working properly, I've been trying to get on it since Friday. Will have another go in a few days.

I'm back on the court site but I'm not getting any details on the case like I was before, just a header. There's also nothing on the court calendar for him up to 10 July, so not sure if that hearing is going ahead.

Okay - I'll keep it on 6/8 until you find something different. Maybe something happened at the last hearing to maybe move his preliminary hearing. I'm going to search & see if can find anything - over here...
