Redding police ask for public's help in search for missing man
Redding police are asking for the public's help in finding a man who has gone missing.
Police say Quinn Haggerty, 26, was traveling through the Redding area with family when he left their hotel near Twin View Boulevard. Haggerty has not contacted his family since leaving around 1 a.m. Wednesday, according to the Redding Police Department.
Haggerty is unfamiliar with the area and is considered at risk, according to RPD Cpl. Will Williams.
Williams said Haggerty was traveling to the San Diego area when he went missing.
Haggerty is described as a white man, 6 feet tall and about 190 pounds. He has blond hair, hazel eyes and was last seen wearing a T-shirt with black shorts and tennis shoes, according to RPD.
Police are asking anyone who might know the location of Haggerty to contact them by calling 530-245-6500.
