Bakersfield police seek help to find at-risk teen missing since November 9

The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for the community’s help in finding an at-risk teenager.

Police said 16-year-old Raul Olague was last seen on November 9, 2024, at around 9:00 p.m., in the 1500 block of Lotus Lane in southeast Bakersfield
