okay so let's look at all the detail and what is going through RZ's mind

I am going to paint a nonsensical message high up on the wall. I am going to bleed on the carpet who cares? I am dirty even though I had a shower. My hair is even dirty. I am going to kill myself naked and in public. I am going to sexually assault myself with a knife first.

I am going to tie my hands with complicated knots behind my back so I can't struggle or fight
I'm going to. tie my feet so I can't kick
I'm going to shove this t-shirt in my mouth so I can't scream
I'm going to tie this noose to the bed instead of the railing so the railing doesn't break
I'm going to jump like a frog with my feet tied in two moves to get over the railing

I'm not feeling it are you? mOO

I never felt it from day one. The scenario makes no sense whatsoever.

Theres never been an ounce of respect toward RZ or RZ's loved ones or finding out the truth of what truly happened to RZ. It's been nothing but injustice. A staged crime scene; looks absolutely ridiculous by the person(s) whom staged it. Too much work at staging, y'all over did it. jmo

It’s not impossible that it is suicide. But the number of women who hang themselves nude - adorned with red (carmine) ropes as restraints to really grab your attention - from a balcony for all to see constitutes a very small group.

I expect it has one member.

That is what I was thinking about. Hanging in the nude for a woman who cared so much about her looks is strange. But there is some evidence (only her footsteps on the balcony) that seemingly points this way. To me, it looks like someone killed her, but strongly coerced her to comply, threatening worse than death. It does look like a hired professional, tbh. This is why I wondered if history keeps track of a similar pattern of murder or even murder taken for suicide.

I‘d say Ellen Greenberg could not physically have committed suicide. Not if she inflicted all wounds to herself.

Because she has at least two stabs that she cannot have inflicted on herself. Not both. One through the breast plate - and one at a 180 degree angle into her brain.

She could have done one but then someone else came along and killed her a couple of times over…

I think RZ’s case is totally insane. Her personality had nothing of vindictiveness. She put others before herself.

Her ”suicide” looks like what bikers on mescaline would conjure up in their dreams.

Dignified it is not…that is for sure. Incredibly humiliating.

A forensic investigation of Ellen's crime showed her spine was pierced during the incident, which would have immediately incapacitated her.

If incapacitated, she could have never been able to stable herself nearly two dozen times! Ellen wouldn't have been able to continue to stab herself in the chest.

It’s just not physically possible given the data we’ve seen.

RZ’s case is psychologically just bizarre. I haven’t visualized it completely yet. It’s a more complicated scene.

Unfortunately, it took 14+ years for the Medical Examiner who performed EG's autopsy and signed her death certificate to come forward on 1/31/25 and provide a 'verification statement' to the Court stating that on that date, based on information available to him at this time, he believed EG's manner of death was other than SUICIDE.

Similar to the Zahau family, the Greenburg's had long ago agreed to a finding of UNDETERMINED as the manner of death which still clearly negates suicide. (To be clear, the forensic evidence is the same as it was on the date EG was murdered)!

And here we are almost 14 years later with RZ's case and praying the Medical Examiner here will see clear to come forward and do the same. MOO

are you telling me she wanted to stifle her own screams? why does she care ? she is going to be dead, she is going to be stark naked. what is the purpose then? my take is to shut up so they can finish killing her before the police show up.

was there another logical reason? something to bite down? seems very strange to think of this detail as you are killing yourself in a hysterical and violent rage where you are screaming and measuring rope lengths and figuring out how to do the furniture with the noose. mOO

Attorney talks about height of railing and the banister. There are gouges in the banister and some of the gouges show on the Razor scooter.
So its the circumstantial evidence that he went over with a scooter in some fashion. There were no chips before and of course there were chips afterwards and then we see them on the Razor scooter.

The t-shirt stuffed in her mouth, wrapped around her head/neck stood out to me from the very first day. I'd never heard of a suicidal person doing that and haven't since. There was so much "gaslighting" of the public on the Zahau case, from the very beginning. A major public relations campaign to make the public think she committed suicide. JMO, MOO

i hope it is sarcastic but can't be sure because we have so many cases involving live-in nannies, in press and some, even here. Well, assuming it is sarcastic…

In general, it is a mistake and a wrong expectation and creates very wrong dynamics, when guys regard their girlfriends as "moms" for kids from prior relationships. It is unfair to kids; it is very unfair to the biomoms; lastly, it is wrong and unfair to girlfriends, too. And have you ever heard, "I don't like it that she is not involved enough in raising my child." Dude, she 1) doesn't have experience being a mom; 2) probably, can't raise your child the way she'd raise hers; 3) no matter how she raises him, you'd be unhappy.

But it would cost JS so little to hire a nanny for the time his kids were living in Coronado.

I agree. She was also placed in a dangerous situation with all these responsibilities. She didn't want to take care of Jonah's children after they treated her very rudely. She complained about it to her sister.

Due to the toxic interpersonal dynamics in Jonah's family - jealousy, anger, resentment, physical abuse - Rebecca lost her life through no fault of her own. The damage has haunted Rebecca's family since then.
