Richard Abruscoto wandered from his home in the 400 block of Avenida De Las Flores in Thousand Oaks last night around 9:30 p.m. Abruscato is a white male, 76 years of age, 6'0 in height with a slender build. He was last seen wearing a grey shirt and black pants.
