Darlene's sister didn't have the same plate number, hers was very much like Dicks girlfriends' plate, the difference was hers wasn't in all caps. In California, you cannot copy another plate. It has to be a bit different. If you Google my name, you will see my suspects picture all over the internet. Some have him as being Larry Kane from Lake Tahoe, because that was who Vallejo police told me the picture looked like. I have pictures of Kane; they look similar but not the same. Kane was much older than my suspect whom I do not have his full name. In 1969 Vallejo/ Napa area, he looked to be 30 yrs old, in Aug 1990 he looked 50 yrs old. He would be about 87 now. One of the letters left for me in 1986 by, my stalker, which is also shown online, was sent to the nation's top handwriting expert Curt Baggett, by a man named Alex Baber from PA. Baggett said that letter was for sure written by Zodiac! Why Napa isn't interested in the true evidence I have, makes no sense! I am tired of the lazy, ignorant, Napa detectives! My next stop will be after Alex sends me a copy of what Baggett sent him; I need to take that proof to the FBI! Plus my suspect gave me the solution to the last 18 of the Z 408 cipher, which is: "IT ME THE HIPIE ROBEET."
