The Richmond police "poster" has his first name mispelled (no "i" in Roman), but it's correct in the body of their missing persons alert.

UPDATE: The Richmond Police Department has confirmed that the remains of 32-year-old Roman Joel Cox, who was reported missing earlier this month, were recovered from the San Francisco Bay. Authorities stated that there are no signs of foul play at this time.
