Sounds like maybe he left on his own for personal reasons, although mental health might've been a factor. No wife or children mentioned and he was 40 yrs old. It would be interesting and helpful to know who actually spoke with him last in both Carson and Sacramento. Not sure how it works, but maybe try and find exclusions of UIDS? jmo
