Thanks for this link, summer_breeze. Since I'm also in CA I looked into it a bit more. Minor detail but the article linked says he was outside of "Case Ramos." My guess is it was "Casa Ramos," located here: 2001 N. Main St., Red Bluff, CA - Google Maps.

Unfortunately with I-5 so close he could be nearly anywhere, but I sure hope he's found safe and soon.

Mr. Folsom is still missing. There has been multiple searches with specialized tracking dogs; however all attempts to locate Mr. Folsom have been futile.

As it continues its investigation into the disappearance of 56-year-old Robert Lee Folsom, the Red Bluff Police Department is seeking the public's assistance in finding the Manton resident who was reported missing by his son, Tyjal Folsom, on Dec. 16.
