I agree BrownRice, I wish we specifically knew what the Kern County DA's Office did not like about the evidence presented against SL.
My guess ... the text messages weren't sufficient all on their own, and young, foolish, Mr. Hearn continues to fall on his sword.
IMO, she knew Hearn was planning to kill Robert.

I sent an email to the crime & cops reporter @ Bakersfield.com, asking for an update on the case. We'll see if he responds.

Bakersfield - According to recent court documents obtained by 23ABC, investigators are looking into two Chase bank accounts that belong to Jonathan Hearn.

Investigators believe these accounts will give more insight into Hearn's spending habits leading up to the murder of Robert Limon.

Investigators believe Hearn may have a safety deposit box that may contain evidence or information regarding the relationship between Hearn and Sabrina Limon.

Hearn's trial is set for January 9th.

Limon was shot twice in the head while working at a BNSF railway industrial complex in Tehachapi.

On January 6th, 2017, detectives obtained a warrant for the arrest of Sabrina Limon charging her with murder, attempted murder, accessory, conspiracy, soliciting a crime, and poisoning.
