wow so he was sitting by the road now he is gone? was he possibly injured?

So who saw him sitting there? Didn't anyone stop to check on him? I ask that even after reading the comments, especially F.'s, which now leaves me wondering whether he actually was seen on the side of the road. Either way, I hope he is located quickly. I'm thinking he may have been injured in the crash.

I've been thinking of the Cassandra Johnston case in PA - her car was found but she wasn't. Her body was finally located and she had been ejected/thrown a very long way from the site of the impact.

Poor guy. So hard on his family. I hope they find him soon. I agree he was probably thrown from the car.

I agree. I just looked it up, and for reference the Statue of Liberty is about 300' tall. That's a very long fall to survive unscathed enough to climb 300' back up.

And quite a bit of rough terrain where his body might be out of sight.
