BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/FOX58) — The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for the community’s help finding a man, considered at-risk due to a mental condition.

Roque Vargas, 27, was last seen in the 2600 block of Mt. Vernon Avenue on Monday, June 19, 2023, at around 1:30 p.m., said police.

Vargas is described as Hispanic, 5’7 tall, 155 pounds, with short brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a turquoise shirt, blue jeans, and black shoes.
