Location Found: Sacramento, Sacramento County, CA. Found in the Georgiana Slough near Terminus road, close to Isleton, CA. If I'm mapping right he should have been found about here.

Clothing: Checkered pants, black belt, black wing tip shoes (size 9 1/2), maroon cardigan sweater, two light colored button down shirts, one t-shirt.
Jewelry: gold Seiko watch with a gold and white colored plastic band, as well as a yellow metal ring with a green stone on this left ring finger
Other Accessories: Double-edge razor blade, a piece of foam rubber, two pennies, a white and black metal letter "U" (found in pocket), and a plastic toy part consisting of what appeared to be a bicycle wheel and fender (found in pocket).
Circumstances:
The decedent was found floating in the Georgiana Slough near Terminus Road near Isleton, California on December 30, 1979. Probable drowning.
