hmmm so he was in MX. wonder if he arranged a surrender or he was travelling back and his passport was flagged.

I hope this poor mama gets some justice. I wonder what kind of family they are in.... they shared a home and he kills his brother's lady?

idk but a google search of TS shows hes one of those fun inmates that like to file a lot of writs.
