HAYWARD — Police are looking for a missing 9-year-old girl who walked out of a nail salon Saturday morning.

Samantha Hernandez was last seen at 2:50 p.m. at 21003 Mission Blvd. in unincorporated Hayward. She was playing outside the nail salon, but by 2:50 p.m., her mother noticed she was gone, according to the Alameda County Sheriff’s Office.

Samantha was last seen wearing a black T-shirt, with black leggings with sparkles on them. She has brown eyes and black short hair, which she had in a ponytail, is about 42 inches tall and weighs 50 pounds.

That's worded strangely. She walked outside in the morning. Was last seen at 2:50 pm and was also gone at 2:50 pm. I don't think you can be seen and gone at the same time. Is that a typo or is something hinky here?
