Missing since 1982 in San Bernadino county. Born 1950 and is 5'4".

Or Paget Renee Barr of .CA Born 1956, been missing since 1986. Height and hair match. She does look a lot like your composite.

Lynn Berg 1960, been missing since 1989. Similar height, is noted to have her front teeth protrude.

Maybe contact the DOJ, 29 palms is a military base and they keep their own records. Maybe a military spouse.
