Circumstances of Recovery- The decedent was seen in the area at 3:30pm and talked to a gentleman that lives at 253 N. 21st. St. The decedent asked if ok to stay on his lawn. At approx. 5:10pm, the decedent was observed by the homeowner on all fours in front of residence. The decedent was assisted to the rear of the residence were he was given some coffee and food. The decedent started declining right away and was deceased before medics could arrive.

Facial Hair Description- full growth of a mustache and beard; within were gray hairs.

On the decedent's left foreman were three homemade tattoos. At the wrist area were the initials G.S. or C.S. Above them appeared another single initial, either a small letter "e" or a capital "C". Above that was a poorly defined outline of a possible heart shape.

The decedent was wearing a gray jacket with the tag, "Sierra Sportswear, made in California", sewed on the inside. The collar and the wrist webbing were brow. There was a gray knit sweater with no label attached. A blue handkerchief with a white design was in his trousers/pocket. The decedent was wearing size 9.5 brown hush puppy shoes; one green and one maroon sock; a blue short-sleeved shirt, size 15.5 "Mr. Leggs" label on the inside; green striped trousers, "Lee" brand; brown-yellow-white t-shirt; and a pair of solid green trousers with no brand name. In trousers/belt loops was a dark brown belt, size 37, with a silver buckle. On the buckle was a snake and cactus plant; the snake was raised above the silver buckle.
