I found a review from an online teen's dress shop c2015 signed "Cloris Isaac." Perhaps a granddaughter? There is also a FB profile c2017 under that name. IMO
No idea what either of these might indicate.

It is a bit unusual weird to have a full name, with a middle initial, tattoed on.
