Circumstances of Discovery​

The decedent was struck by a vehicle in a hit and run accident while crossing the northbound lanes of Bristol Street in Santa Ana around 8:55 p.m. He was transported to the UCI Medical Center where he subsequently died from his injuries.

He may have gone by the alias “Carlos Santana."
