CA - Santa Barbara - 11yo escapes poss. predator!

LOST DOG? Really? Unreal. I am so happy this little baby is safe. The other day I was walkign home from abus stop and the sun was in my eyes as this car drove up next to me - a man was smiling and waving at me - i thought I knew this man, but the sun was in my eyes, I got near the car as the sun moved out of my line of vision - I didn't know him and he tried to grab my arm!

I ran so fast! Didn't see his car or license plate but I am totally freaked out by it.
