I hope so but..., With the other case (the one involving a shirt with JOKER's WILD) they didn't take the page down they just put 'Identified' three times underneath it.

On A side note, it's possible they are just updating the page with new information...

Sometimes when someone's identified, LE forgets to update the paperwork and the page never gets taken down. There's a case in Colorado where that seems to have happened. I have a string of newspaper articles about the identification, the arrest of the killer, the trial, even the appeal--and the NAMUS file is still there.

After the NAMUS page was taken down, the page on the Unidentified Wiki was still up, but that has since been taken down sometime in the last couple of weeks. I hope she’s been identified.

She was identified but her name withheld. It lists it on her wiki (and I was in touch with someone from the doe network. I submitted a potential match and both profiles were taken down around the same time. I can’t get a confirmation though because the name is being withheld)

Thank you. The case hit me particularly hard because she was found in my hometown and was around the same age as me, I always hoped she would be identified some day and that her family would get some closure. I’m glad she has her name back, may she rest in peace

A google search for her says that there was a funeral for her in 2017, so my guess is that she's no longer missing, one way or another.

Looks like it was just a “memorial mass,” not a funeral mass. Memorial masses are done when there is no body available, so they probably did it because they assume she is dead but don’t have proof?
