This is one of the most obscure cases I've seen. I couldn't find a Doe Network or Unidentified Wiki page, and he hasn't got a page with the Orange County Sheriff.
All we know from his namus is that he washed ashore in Seal Beach. His head and one or more limbs/hands were not recovered.
No clothing listed and nothing about his appearance.
