I am presuming the tip was from someone who knew what happened to the deceased and not someone who just stumbled across it.

Excellent someone cracked and told! Now to identify this poor soul and allow their family to have closure. I hope either it was the person responsible that could not live with the guilt and or whomever revealed this provided the information necessary to make a case against whomever did.

Detectives said they consider Verga's death suspicious....I suppose they feel he did not bury himself..
