FRESNO, Calif. (FOX26) — A family is asking for help locating a woman reported missing in July.

32-year-old Shacara Sims would be about 8-months pregnant and is due to deliver before Christmas.

The family says they have gotten no leads since her disappearance and they are desperate for answers.

Shacara is African-American, 5' 9" tall, with brown hair and eyes.

She traveled from Fresno to Sonoma County for work before she resigned from working security at Kaiser Permanente Rohnert Park.

UPDATE: Wednesday, Nov. 17, 2021 - The family says Shacara has been found by the Merced Police Department and that she is okay.
