Clovis PD is asking for the public’s assistance in locating 23 year-old Shawn Hayes. Shawn is described as a white male adult, 6’0 tall, 130 lbs. He was last seen in the area of Barstow Ave/Minnewawa Ave on March 16, 2019, at 9AM. Hayes does not have a vehicle.
