SP's blog reminds me of me when I was in my earlier to mid 20s. I had a fairytale view of things because I grew up in an abusive household and it was that fairytale fantasy that gave me hope and endurance for the future.

The crash when you realize that your fairytale life isn't a fairytale can be quite brutal.

One of my friends got a church annulment and said it was not cheap. Maybe it depends on how complicated it is. She had a child from her prior marriage and her ex-husband opposed the annulment (not the divorce.) Her second husband was also Catholic and married before with kids but his ex-wife did not oppose it and it went easily.

And this is why Henry Tudor was going crazy. Lol.

Why in the world have they stopped searching? Are we ever going to know the truth? This is so much deeper - I can only hope
that SP is found - one way or another. I can't believe the 🤬🤬🤬 will go to the family - WOW!!! I won't comment on KP's interview -
I might get into trouble & I just joined WS.

A while back, I posted several links that were related to searches. Go to Thread #6 Post #107 to read my original post. There may be additional information that's not on the list below.

***********************************

Lots of information has not been given to the public. I don't know if LE has shared what they know with the family. <modsnip>

Regarding searches, those posts are in earlier threads.

I am the only one keeping #9 (hoax) on my list?

It's on my list too. I'm just not sure it started as one. Could be though.

It's on mine as well.

At least 3 votes for hoax from the above quotes. I'm not going with hoax but these posters were nice enough to explain their reasons/theories when I asked earlier in the thread so I knew there were some voting for hoax.

(I'm still sitting on 4 but I could be convinced to jump :fence: if we get more info).

This struck me from the FiL (from the last thread): "We also spend a lot of time with Keith, Sherri and the kids each week and are a very close family; we spent a week with them in early October, as we do every year, as that is the anniversary of their wedding."

I wouldn't want to spend every wedding anniversary with my in-laws.

Maybe she was escaping from always present in-laws ...

Was her anniversary in Oct or Nov? If it was in Oct, then for what occasion was the pillow?

There sure are a lot of posters who think she is willingly missing!
I'm really curious, where do you think she is if she is willingly missing or it's a hoax?

  • #269
We're on the same page... And I suspect they were financially dependent upon her ever present in-laws. Which would only compound the situation.

They had daycare and seems the family could have helped watch them since they picked them up.
Would have saved money.

Has it been reported (I know much has not) that she could have been on medication and had an adverse reaction?
May be a slant on #8.
Just thinking of the drug commercials you see which are half disclaimers of the side effects including behavioral swings.

Does anyone know when the phone was found?
IIRC KP returned around 5:00 and no one home. Calls to SP phone, no answer. Calls to daycare, kids still there. Call family to get kids. Use find phone app to locate phone Call in missing 5:51
. Now these apps are great and get you in an area of your phone if your're miles away, but not the exact spot on earth. Your're within 50" feet radius, 300+ sq feet. And was it dark then? That's a shot in the dark to say the least. You could call it again to ring it and listen and find it, hoping it wasn't covered to obscure the sound., still pretty good.

How does the find my iPhone app work if head buds are in?

  • #273
One might say that it appears SP has an altar-ego. (Sorry.)

Yes, agreed. That's been clear to me for some time. And I'm leaning toward #10 with #9 being a close second from the list . I'm not ruling out #5 as well.

Maybe they, or even the inlaws, were willing to pay for daycare so the kids could mingle with other kids. Maybe the inlaws didn't want to do childcare more than they already did on Saturdays. They might work also or have other interests besides doing childcare.

It is dark around 5:30pm. So he must have been very lucky to spot it at night.

I remember this hoax that happened back in 2006 when a Washington woman went missing and was found near Ukiah California. One big difference is she had her car.

http://www.spokesman.com/stories/2006/apr/26/woman-found-in-landfill-admits-kidnapping-hoax/

I think if this is a hoax or deliberate attempt to get away for whatever other reason (new life etc), she would have had help from someone with a car. She can't get far without some kind of transport and if she'd taken public transport she'd have left some kind of trace (CCTV, tickets, etc).

Still not relying on visual since dusk is still low visibility. Would have to call the phone and heard it ring in the exact right area.

This occured before Daylight Savings and it was still definitely daylight. Sunset began after 6pm and dusk till about 6:30. Nov 6 the clocks changed to lose an hour

According to Gardener1850 post sunset was a 6:03. But very low level lighting with shadows, trees, etc.
