I've been checking for an arrest record also and haven't turned up anything yet, except of course the ones related to Sierra.

Any juvenile record would be unavailable to us at this time.

Public safety was primary concern; surveillance is not perfect, they did not want him to strike again. They wanted him to lead them to Sierra, but they had to move in order to protect the public.

In Santa Clara County alone, there are 43 missing juvenile females since January 2011. Are any of those abductions too?

Thanking community for time, efforts, and prayers.

Continuing to pray until she is found. As a mother, she is still hopeful because her body has not been found. What she has heard regarding things not found in vehicle also gives her some hope. Thanking LE. Plea to perp, please give information to lead them to Sierra.
