Off of property in the bag, they found DNA of perp

DNA was put into system and they ID's POI on March 28

March 28 to present - 24 hour surveillance of perp!!

the clothing was instrumental in identifying the perp... his dna was on the clothing and it was placed into the system... they received the lab results on 28 march and since then they have had 24 hour surv. on him
