Don't forget this one. I posted this when I first joined this forum. This one was actually in early morning and I'm sure they must have DNA from this assault. Although, the man was described as "slight", he may have bulked up since then. I've seen some pictures of him looking much more skinny.

And, just to add, the perp was described to be in his teens to early 20s...

Do we know for a fact the Lucky MySpace is his? The pictures, although 3-4 years old, look absolutely nothing like him.

I disagree. I think the pics look exactly like him. As he would look before filling out as young men do during that age-frame.

If you are clicking on the above posted link to his myspace then yes that is definately him. Look at the nose. It is slightly crocked near the bridge.

I agree, looks just like him, but he has put on weight and facial hair since.

Watching the videos on his MS is creepy, imo.

Looking at the pics on his MS--he shows No space. Wonder how accurate that composite was?

,,,,and I think they know Sierra is in water---it seems they were searching the water ways before they even mentioned the car. LE ,while under surveillance, must have seen something that indicated a connection to water.

Seems like the local kids would have known about the abandoned shed for a place to party/hang out (which is how he knew). I think Sierra would be in a similar location - a place known to the local kids as a place that is isolated enough that they feel safe to drink/party it up. MOO.

I doubt she will be found at a local "party spot". Decomposition is NOT pretty (or odorless), and it would not take long for someone to notice the stench and investigate.

Garcia-Torres attended Central High School in Morgan Hill and lives in a trailer park in the city with his mother, wife and baby, neighbors said.

When we first noticed that there was a trailer park nearby, I recall a lot of people suggesting the perp might be found there, as the population is more transient. Turns out he was a local, but the bit about the trailer park was dead on.

I am not sure how to post someone's MS link on here since I just started but in reading previous post others have already done it. He goes by "Lucky All Day" (MF) and it is him. You can see it is him in one of his pics with a friend. And yes he does have pics of the lake and a sign of Lake Cunningham from the freeway on his page. (looks to me to be off HWY 101 N. headed from MH to SJ) I think it is worth looking into since all the seach and res teams have been looking closer to MH and like I said earlier, Cunningham has a rep. Whether it's true IDK but they need to look. And I in no way blame Sierra's mom for not believing anything until they find a body. As a mom I would hold out hope until the VERY END too.

Yikes-they are basing the murder charge on the fact that she made no contact with anyone, she is very social...

I don't see that as a huge drawback to a prosecution case.

Combined with her age and DNA (both his and hers) found where it ought not be, that's probably enough to convince a jury that she's dead and not a runaway.

I really dont hold it against family members for thinking their loved one isnt capable of doing something this heinous. His sister seems to be an honest nice person. Imo, it has to be so hard to realize that someone you have known all of your life is nothing like you thought they were.

This creep has made victims our of his family also. They will never get over the shame of what he has done and they didnt have anything to do with it.

Like so many creeps that do this they only let their family and friends see the side of them they want them to see. They dont let them see the darkside and evil that is in their minds. They fool everyone even the ones who trusts them and loves them.
