I would like to know what folding her clothes neatly and putting them in the bag indicates. Do you think he made her do it or did he do it? just wondering.
I think he made her do it. She's more likely to have folded them than him.

Right. DNA was found on her clothing but it was not blood.

OK...IIRC...no blood in car...won't comment on type of DNA on clothes....maybe I'm mistaken??

But why take all that time when a bus was expected nearby?

I did not watch all the videos, but what I saw was pot. He also had a photo of a growing pot plant that he implied in the quote was his.

I saw that too. But, was that My Space current. I saw pictures dated 2008.jmo

I watched the presser with the Sherrif and I have to wonder if they found a video tape of her murder. She is so sure Sierra is dead and I would bet he video taped it, or there was enough blood in that car to indicate death.

Deanna82437's Post - p.10/#471:

A REPORTER: Did you locate blood in the vehicle that
matched Sierra LaMar?

SHERIFF SMITH: We have not located any blood. But we're
not commenting on -- on really any of the physical evidence.

We want that to remain confidential. Our focus right now is
continuing to search and look for Sierra. And we hope that we
have reached a successful prosecution on the person who did
this.

We developed this through our
investigation based on direct and circumstantial evidence,
including forensic analysis conducted by the Santa Clara
County District Attorney's Crime Lab.

The discovery of Sierra's cell phone, her clothing, what
she wore that day, and her personal belongings have
contributed to our belief that -- that Sierra's a victim of
murder.

Off of her property in the bag, we found DNA from Antolin
Garcia-Torres. It was that DNA that was placed into the
system that -- that revealed the identity. We received those
lab results on March 28th

DNA from her property that we found two days after. That led
to the suspect. We seized the suspect's vehicle on -- on
April 7th, at the time we did search warrants. We have
physical evidence linking Sierra to his vehicle.

maybe she folded them somewhere else,. and he returned them to where they were found after he did what he did.

Have investigators commented on what was/wasn't found in the car? I haven't read anything about that yet. But yes, HIS DNA was found on her clothes but it wasn't his blood.

that's the dagger right there.
Why would her 'anything' be in his car?

I'm skipping thru... 700+ post behind on this thread. I saw maps pinning Sierra's home, where the purse was found, Safeway & pond. Question. Has the perps address been mapped? I did see that he lives in a mobile home with, wife, child & mother.

We dont know where he made Sierra strip or if he really made her fold her own clothes. A lot of time killers like this will have their own personal quirks. Maybe he was taught to neatly fold clothes.

I imagine it was close to the area where he disposed of her remains and not visable from where he kidnapped her from. He would have all the time in the world to gather her things up without anyone seeing him.

IMO

Wow!!!

Huh. I would never have ID'd him from that sketch. The shape of the face is very different, the shape of the lips is different, the jawline is different, the nose is different, the shape of the eyes is different.

The only similarity to my eyes is that in both the photo and sketch the right eye is smaller than the left eye. To me, that's just not enough of a similarity to link the photo and sketch because it is very common for people to have one eye that is smaller than the other eye.

Exactly. Now they have him linked to the clothes Sierra was wearing that morning and LE can place Sierra in his car.

He is toast.

IMO

???
Where the clothes/bag were found is almost 2 miles away (and on a totally different street) from her home/school bus.

Funny thing is, there is a car that he's posing beside on his myspace page, and it's not the red one with the black hood.

that maybe is a different perp.
someone was asking if they look alike.
that's not meant to be the perp involved in Sierra's case.
